"Matt and his staff did a great job helping us. Megan got the insurance info for my daughters driving license quickly and provided good tips via emails and phone calls in 2022. For a stupid reason, we left his office. Because we have been living in Cary for years, we thought it would be easier to drive to the nearby office in Cary to get quicker answers. Unfortunately, the two years we stayed with this Cary office, we never got any email or phone call to address any of our request. For example, I had to keep calling Cary office and the answer was always that I had to wait for several weeks to get my umbrella policy. I paid my umbrella policy in the office, and then it got rejected. I called to ask the reason. I never got a reply before I moved my policies from this location. Finally this March I transferred back to Matt's office. My request was well addressed by Megan and Ben. I received the update via emails and phone calls regularly. I could not over express how thankful I was with Matt's teams willingness to help us in a timely fashion and outstanding customer service. Merry Christmas to Matt and your staff."

"I recently switched over to State Farm and could not be happier. My rates are lower and I was able to get both my homeowners and car insurance over the phone with Matt in about 15 minutes. He took care of everything including setting up my auto pay. I had a follow-up question and he was very responsive to my needs. I highly recommend using Matt as your insurance agent."

"Matt Phillips did not assist me with my auto claim. He has been my agent for over 30 years. Every time I reached out to him for help, his response was "You have to call claims. " State Farm adjuster lied or didn't perform the assessment of water damage. They said no signs of damage. I took pictures with VERY clear damage."

Our role is to guide and support clients, but the responsibility for claim assessments and outcomes lies with the Claims team.
